I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with 8 years of experience working in a clinical setting. I have a Master of Social Work degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Clinical social workers like myself are known for being able to address individual mental health concerns within the context of broader social and systemic issues. In my practice I draw from a diverse set of experiences, educational settings, and evidence-based interventions to bring you a holistic therapeutic experience.

I am not here to give you “advice”. I am here to help you explore your own values, goals, and changes that you would like to make while providing psychoeducation, tools for your mental health tool belt, and to accompany you on that journey.
